Although we do everything possible to deliver your order within the stated delivery time, delays may occur during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances at the carrier.

Returns
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
You are of course welcome to try on the items at home, but we ask that you return them unused, unworn, with the original labels attached, and in the original packaging.
You can easily register your return via our returns portal, regardless of the country you are returning from.
Enter your postal code along with your order number or Track & Trace number, select the items you wish to return, and provide the reason for return. Next, pay the return costs via the returns portal and receive your return label by email, or choose a QR code where available.
To help us further improve our service and collections, we would appreciate it if you could provide a reason for your return during registration.
After registration, you can drop off your package at the designated parcel point. You will receive all necessary instructions together with your return label or QR code.
Return costs
The following return costs apply when returning your order:

- Other European countries: €4.95
- United Kingdom: €15.00
- Switzerland: €15.00
The return costs are paid during the registration of your return via our returns portal.
Did you receive a damaged or defective item, or did we accidentally deliver the wrong item? Do not register your return via the portal; instead, please contact us first at support@baileysmenswear.com. We will assist you and provide a return label in that case.
If you choose to send your return shipment via another shipping method of your own choosing, those costs will be entirely at your own expense.
