Register a return
Would you like to return an item? You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. We ask that you return the items unworn and, as far as possible, in their original condition and packaging with the price tags attached.
You can register your return online via our returns portal. This applies to all countries to which we deliver.
Return costs
The following return costs apply to returning your order:
- Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg): €4.95
- Other European countries: €4.95
- United Kingdom: €15.00
- Switzerland: €15.00
You pay the return costs directly when registering your return via our returns portal.
Have you received a damaged or defective item, or did we accidentally deliver the wrong item? Do not register your return yourself via the returns portal, but contact us first at support@baileysmenswear.com. We are happy to help you and will provide a return label in that case.
Registering a return
You can register your return as follows:
- Click on 'Register return'.
- Enter your postal code and order number or Track & Trace number.
- Select the items you wish to return and state the reason for the return.
- Pay the return costs via the returns portal.
- You will receive your return label by email or, where available, you can choose a QR code.
- Drop off the package at a parcel point of the indicated carrier.
All further instructions for returning will be provided with your return label or QR code.
