Switzerland

If you place your order on a weekday before 4:00 PM, we will process and ship it the same day.
During checkout, where available, you can choose delivery to your home address or to a parcel pick-up point near you.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily track the status of your package and automatically stay informed about the delivery.
Although we do everything we can to deliver your order within the indicated delivery time, delays may occur during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances with the carrier.
If your order arrived damaged, you received an incorrect item, or you have not yet received your package after a long time? Please contact us at support@baileysmenswear.com. We are happy to help you.
Returns
Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
You are, of course, welcome to try on the items at home, but we ask you to return them unused, unworn, with the original labels, and in their original packaging.
You can easily register your return via our returns portal, regardless of the country from which you are returning the item.
Enter your postal code along with your order number or Track & Trace number, select the items you wish to return, and state the reason for return. You then pay the return costs via the returns portal and receive your return label by email or, where available, choose a QR code.
To further improve our service and collections, we appreciate it if you provide a reason for your return when registering it.
After registration, you can drop off your package at a parcel point of the indicated carrier. You will receive all necessary instructions along with your return label or QR code.
Return costs
The following return costs apply to returning your order:
- Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg): €4.95
- Other European countries: €4.95
- United Kingdom: €15.00
- Switzerland: €15.00
You pay the return costs when registering your return via our returns portal.
If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, or if we accidentally delivered the wrong item? Do not register your return yourself via the returns portal, but first contact us via support@baileysmenswear.com. We will assist you further and, in that case, provide a return label.
If you choose to send your return independently via another shipping method, the costs thereof are entirely at your own expense.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving your order, you have the legal right to revoke your purchase within 14 days without stating a reason. For orders with multiple items, the term applies from the receipt of the last item.
You can easily register your return via our returns portal, regardless of the country from which you are returning. The return costs mentioned above apply to returning the items.

Exchanges
It is not possible to exchange items for a different size or color.
Would you prefer a different size or color? Register the item you do not wish to keep via our returns portal and place a new order for the desired item. The return costs mentioned above apply to the return.
Doubting between two sizes? Feel free to order both sizes. The size that doesn't fit can then be returned within 14 days. Please note that regular return costs apply to the return shipment.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive an email confirmation of processing.
The purchase amount will then be refunded via the same payment method you used. The processing of a return usually takes 3 to 4 business days after receipt of the package.
In the case of a full return, we will also refund the standard shipping costs of the original order, to the extent legally required. The costs for returning the item are at your own expense and will not be refunded.
